Background
A path that stayed with the nose
Dr. Sara Arjang was born in Tehran in 1987. She entered general medicine at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in 2006, then began her specialty in ear, nose and throat, head and neck surgery at Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2014, completing it in 2018.
She then spent four years in mandatory service in Larestan, Fars Province, which is where a surgeon in Iran does a large share of general operating early in a career.
Since 2022 her work has narrowed toward the nose. She has trained in rhinoplasty and in piezo ultrasonic technique with international and German instructors, and has taken further hands-on facial plastic surgery training abroad. Rhinoplasty is now the main part of her practice.

Evidence
The documents behind the claims
These are the certificates Dr. Arjang publishes on her own site. Each caption says what the document actually certifies, including the two that are short courses rather than surgical training.

Medical practice licence, Islamic Republic of Iran Medical Council, digitally signed. It records a doctorate in medicine and a specialty board certificate in ear, nose, throat and head and neck surgery, Medical Council registration number 146711, and authorises practice in Tehran. Issued 2024, valid to 2029. This is the document that confirms her specialty.

Publication record, European Archives of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, 2019. Severe deviated nose treatment: importance of preserving the dorsal septal remnant.

ISO 9001:2015 certificate for her practice, issued by a United Kingdom certification body, valid October 2024 to October 2026. This audits the quality management system behind consulting and supplier processes. It is not a surgical qualification and we do not present it as one.

Autologous fat grafting workshop, 28 hours, Jahad Daneshgahi at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, 2021. A short course certificate, which the document itself states does not replace a university qualification.

Gel injection course, 10 theory hours and 15 practical hours, Jahad Daneshgahi at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, 2019. A short course certificate, on the same terms as the one above.
How she works
Proportion rather than a template
Dr. Arjang describes her approach as harmonic: the nose is corrected in proportion to the rest of a person's face, not toward one fixed shape. In practice that means the plan for a wide face is not the plan for a narrow one, and the same nose can call for different work depending on the chin, the forehead, and the height of the face.
- The plan follows your face, not a catalogue shape.
- Skin thickness, bone, and cartilage all change what is possible.
- What is realistic for you is decided at examination, not on a website.

Peer-reviewed work is one of the few surgeon credentials a patient can check independently. Hers is on the nose.

Where she operates
Where she operates
Dr. Arjang operates at Nikan Hospital in Tehran. Nikan is the one hospital Aysara works with, so the surgeon and the facility are one package: there is no separate fee, no separate process, and nobody to choose between. Aysara does not publish her private clinic details, because Aysara handles the patient relationship for people travelling from Oman.
Who decides what
Dr. Arjang and Nikan assess you, recommend treatment, take clinical consent, and provide care. Aysara coordinates the non-clinical journey: contact with the hospital, travel, stay, and translation. She is not an Aysara employee, and Aysara gives no medical advice.
