What Aysara does

Aysara coordinates the non-clinical parts of medical travel between Oman and Iran, such as first contact with a hospital, the trip plan, travel, and stay. Aysara is a coordinator, not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider.

Licensed clinicians and hospitals make every medical decision, including whether a treatment is suitable for you. Aysara does not practice medicine and does not overrule clinical judgment.

No medical advice

The information on this website is general and is provided to help you plan. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified clinician.

Enquiries and coordination

When you send an enquiry, we continue the conversation on WhatsApp or by phone to understand what you need. Sending an enquiry does not create a treatment relationship and does not commit you to book anything.

Prices and packages

Any prices, package contents, stay length, or timelines shown or discussed are indicative and are confirmed for your case by the treating hospital before you commit. The hospital's own assessment, quotation, and terms apply to the medical part of your trip.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information so we can coordinate correctly.
• Hold and maintain valid travel documents, and meet the entry rules that apply to your trip.
• Follow the instructions of the treating clinicians and hospital.

Third parties

Hospitals, clinicians, airlines, hotels, transport, and other providers are independent. Their own terms and policies apply to the services they provide, and they remain responsible for those services.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aysara is responsible for the coordination services it provides and is not responsible for the independent medical, travel, or accommodation services provided by third parties, or for outcomes that depend on clinical judgment.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, and brand on this website belong to Aysara or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service develops, and we will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
