Her own cases

Before and after

These are Dr. Sara Arjang's own published patient photographs, which Aysara has written permission to use. Filter by patient and by camera angle to find the cases closest to your own question.

How to read these

  • Each frame holds the two photos side by side. The label on each half says which one it is, because a few of the frames run the other way round.
  • Cases are grouped by camera angle only. A profile shows the bridge and the tip projection; a three-quarter view shows how the nose sits in the face; a front view shows width and symmetry.
  • They are not grouped by nose type, surgical technique, or how long ago the surgery was. Aysara holds no clinical record for any individual case, so labelling one would be a guess about a real patient.
  • Some frames carry the surgeon's own note of how long after surgery the photograph was taken. That is her documentation, and it is a useful reminder that a settled result takes months.

What is not here

Her archive holds 466 cases. The 303 not shown are operating-table frames, bottom-up clinical views, and immediate post-operative photographs with tape still on. They are useful to a surgeon and unhelpful to you, so they stay out.

The only honest answer to what you have just looked at is an examination. Send a first message and we open a case with the hospital. You pay nothing to ask.
